Enable edit mode
Go to settings via the icon in the top right, enable Edit mode, and return to the home screen.
Add a word tile
Click Add tile at the bottom of the screen and choose the option to add a word tile (instead of a category).
Enter the tile name
Type the name for your new tile (e.g., "banana") and confirm it. Choose to take a photo or select one from your gallery.
Set the photo and position
Crop the photo if necessary, choose the desired position for the new tile, and confirm your choices.
Save and use the tile
The app saves the tile automatically. Once it has loaded, tap the tile to have it spoken.

I'm going to show you how to add a word tile in the app.
To start, go to settings by pressing the icon in the top right and turn on edit mode. Then return to the home screen.
Now you'll see an "Add tile" button appear at the bottom. Press this and choose the option to add a word tile (instead of a category).
Enter the name of the tile you want to create - in this example "banana" - and confirm the name. You'll now get the choice to take a photo or select an existing photo from your gallery.
After you've taken or selected a photo, you can still crop it if necessary. Then choose the desired position for your new tile and confirm your choices.
The app will now save everything and once the new tile is loaded, you can use it and have it spoken. This is how easy it is to add a personal word tile to the app!
