## Step-by-step instructions

### Open the app settings

Tap the blue profile icon in the top right and choose **App settings**.

### Choose a speed

Scroll to **Speech rate** and tap **Slow**, **Moderate**, **Normal** or **Fast**.

### Listen to the preview

For each choice the app speaks a preview so you can test the speed.

Hi, I'm going to show you how to adjust the speech rate of the app. We go to settings by clicking the blue icon at the top right.

Then we click on app settings. And then you actually see the speech rate right away here.

When we click on one, it's demonstrated for a moment. This is how fast I talk.

If we then quickly choose one for comparison: this is how fast I talk.

This way you can choose which speech rate you like and then set it.
